It is mostly transfer resistant and holds up well if just drinking but it doesn’t last through eating. The formula is matte but it’s very comfortable. Of course, with one layer you would have a pretty, blotted look.

The formula is more on the sheer side, as the name implies, but two layers gave me full opacity. These lipsticks are $6.00 and have a triangle shaped applicator. I also own the shade Pink Peony and it’s beautiful. I picked up another Sheer Matte Lipstick in the shade Warm Verbena a terracotta shade, swatched above. I love this formula as a regular gloss and recommend it. As far as actually plumping my lips, I didn’t really notice a difference. They do slightly tingle, like all plumping glosses, but it’s not painful and does go away. They’re a thick, opaque formula but not too sticky. They are swatched in the picture above, going from top to bottom. Praline is a brown with reddish undertones and Sparkling Rose is a light pink.

I bought the shades Praline and Sparkling Rose. They are $6.00 apiece and have a doe foot applicator. However, I decided to pick up two and see how I liked them. I’ve always been nervous about trying a plumping gloss because I didn’t want it to burn my lips. If you’re one of the people that the original didn’t work for, this might be a good option for you. This concealer isn’t bad but I won’t buy it again. It doesn’t have the super fast dry down time but it also doesn’t provide as much coverage and it does crease, even when set with powder. e.l.f, Hydrating Camo Concealer, Lightweight, Full Coverage, Long Lasting, Conceals, Corrects, Covers, Hydrates, Highlights, Satin Finish, 25 Shades, All-Day. The Hydrating Camo Concealer is almost as good. It doesn’t crease, it looks great all day but it does dry down extremely fast. I absolutely love almost everything about the original 16hr Camo Concealer.

It claims to be for fair skin tones with a neutral undertone but I think the undertone is more peachy than neutral. This still isn’t a perfect match for me but it works well enough. I returned it and bought the shade Fair Beige. The Hydrating Camo Concealer is much darker and more yellow than my original concealer. As you can see in the pictures above, they are NOT the same shade. I initially bought the shade Light Sand because that is what I wear in the original 16hr Camo Concealer. It’s available in 25 shades and claims to have a satin finish. This newer, more hydrating formula sounds a lot better suited for those with dry skin, or those with lines and wrinkles that found the original formula to be a little too drying and cakey. The Hydrating Camo Concealer is $6.00 and contains 0.20 ounces of product. The concealer has a large doefoot applicator, and contains 6ml of product. Packaging wise, it is very similar to the original, with a clear plastic, chunky tube with a white plastic lid. The shades on offer are Fair Rose, Fair Warm, Fair Beige, Light Ivory, Light Sand, Light Peach, Light Beige, Medium Peach, Medium Sand, Medium Beige, Medium Neutral, Medium Warm, Medium Golden, Tan Sand, Tan Walnut, Tan Latte, Tan Natural, Deep Olive, Deep Chestnut, Deep Caramel, Deep Cinnamon, Rich Chocolate, Rich Cocoa, Rich Walnut and Rich Ebony. Then those shades are divided down into Cool, Neutral and Warm undertones too. The ELF Hydrating Camo Concealer is available in 25 shades which are divided into six skin tones Fair, Light, Medium, Tan, Deep and Rich.
